Here’s What We Provide:

We offer a variety of services to help meet the needs of individuals and families in Carver County communities of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver, Victoria, Waconia, St. Boni, Cologne, New Germany and Norwood Young America.

School district 112 of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver, and Victoria.

If you live in these areas, we may be able to help with:

  • Bed Items: Providing new mattresses, bed frames and bunk beds.

  • Personal Care: Hygiene products for daily needs.

  • Cleaning Supplies: Essential household cleaning supplies.

  • Kitchen Essentials: From place settings to basic cookware.

  • Laundry and Dishwashing: Supplies such as detergent and soap.

  • Linens: Bed sheet sets, blankets and bed pillows.

  • Diapers: Diapers, pull-ups and baby wipes.

  • Bikes: In partnership with Project Life Cycle for providing bicycles for adults and kids.

  • Baby Care: Providing cribs, highchairs, strollers and pack-n-plays.

  • The Birthday Closet: Providing children’s birthday supplies. 

  • Towels: Providing kitchen, bath towels and washcloths.

  • Ministry & Community Events: Items to support back-to-school supply drive, and holiday giving programs.

Eligibility Criteria

We strive to serve individuals and families facing financial hardship, crisis situations, or life transitions. Eligibility for assistance is based on the following factors:

  • Proof of Residency in Carver County

  • Demonstrated financial need or hardship

  • Willingness to engage in the intake and referral process
